  • Meeting request received (internally, externally or a combo of both)
  • Participants identified (local, international, unknown)
  • Request prioritized
  • Date/time search (considering criteria & limitations) begins on calendar
  • Participants contacted
  • Responses tracked
  • Date/time confirmed with all participants
  • Meeting added to various calendars
  • Logistics confirmed (call? In-person? Local? Off-site?)
  • Facilitate meeting connection
  • Follow up from meeting (usually includes setting up an additional meeting and the process begins again!)
