Whereas, the Board of Trustees is transferring some of the responsibilities of the Talent & Culture Committee to the Audit Committee upon the dissolution of the Talent & Culture Committee; and
Whereas, the Audit Committee has recommended additional revisions to the Audit Committee Charter aimed at more accurately and comprehensively describing the committee’s work;
Now, therefore, it is:
RESOLVED, that the Board adopts the revised Audit Committee Charter, as set forth below.
