Interesting idea. the question, however, is : where do translations go? right now we encourage translations on meta -- no special login needed, some translation infrastructure already there.

If translations are done, and drafts created, on meta : then there will be a final copy there, as we currently have. Of course the result should be moved to the wmf site once finished; thta is the present idea; only community members should visit the meta page. Perhaps we just need to be more diligentabout moving finished results to this site. Sj 03:02, 17 August 2006 (UTC)
