This resolution agrees for Jean-Baptiste Soufron to represent the Foundation at the International Digital Publishing Forum travel was approved by vote (4 supports) on 21 April 2006.

Whereas the Foundation desires to be represented at the International Digital Publishing Forum;

以下を決議する:

Jean-Baptiste Soufron shall attend the conference on behalf of the Foundation and the Foundation will pay Soufron's reasonable travel expenses not to exceed US$750.

Jean-Baptiste Soufron is expected to provide feedback to the Board within two weeks of the conference, including a report and contact information.
