Whereas, the Board wishes to ensure that its members receive ongoing education to ensure they have the requisite knowledge and competency to exercise their duties, including to ensure accountability and compliance;
Now, therefore, be it:
Resolved, the Governance Committee shall create a Board Education and Accountability Plan; and
Resolved, the Board directs the Governance Committee to present the Board Education and Accountability Plan at an upcoming meeting of the Board of Trustees prior to October 31, 2019.
