The Board of Trustees hereby approves the recommendation of the Funds Dissemination Committee for 2014-2015, Round 2, and directs that the Executive Director implement the recommendation on behalf of the Foundation, within her authority and discretion.[1]
The Board commends the FDC and staff for their thoughtful work in this process, and for making decisions that support and advance the Wikimedia movement.

- ↑ The Board notes that there is a pending complaint with the FDC Ombudsperson, and, depending on the Ombudsperson's recommendation, the Board reserves the right to reconsider that part of the FDC recommendation if the Board so finds appropriate after reviewing the Ombudsperson's recommendation.
