RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees hereby approves management's proposed annual plan and budget for the 2024-25 fiscal year, consisting of $188.75 million of revenues and $188.75 million of expenses, including activities related to the Wikimedia Enterprise business and the Wikimedia Foundation’s activities in support of the Wikimedia Endowment;
RESOLVED, that the Board approves the 2024-25 fiscal year budget; and
RESOLVED, that during the fiscal year, if management anticipates the change in net assets for 2024-25 will differ more than 5% from the plan, the Board directs management to consult the Chair of the Audit Committee promptly.
