Resolved, Kelly Battles is appointed, pursuant to Article IV, Section 3(e) of the Wikimedia Foundation Bylaws and effective as of December 31, 2017, to a second term on the Board of Trustees ("Board"), which term shall continue until the earlier of September 1, 2018 or such time as the Board appoints a replacement for that seat.
