RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approves and authorizes the selection of Christel Steigenberger to fill one of the seats selected by the 2024 Community- and Affiliate selection process; and
RESOLVED, that Christel Steigenberger is appointed to the Board of Trustees (“Board”), for a term beginning on December 11, 2024 and continuing until December 31, 2027 or until the Board appoints a replacement for that seat, whichever comes first.
