| This resolution authorizing Brooke Vibber to hire an additional developer was approved on 27 February 2006. |
Whereas the Foundation needs additional full-time developers and the Chief Technology Officer ("CTO") has identified an ideal candidate for this position,
Resolved that:
- The CTO is authorized to hire an additional full-time developer.
- The CTO, with the approval of the President, shall determine the appropriate salary for this position.
