Google Forms is used to collect responses or registrations; please read their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Qualtrics is also used to collect responses or registrations; please read their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Google Meet is also used to host the meeting or stream the event; please read their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

What information we collect

If you choose to participate, we will ask you to provide the following types of information:

such as defined and free-form responses
  Contact information
such as name, username, email address
We will also collect the following using the service(s) identified above:
  Recordings
such as video, audio, photo
  Transcripts
such as chat logs, captions, screenshots

How we share your information

Publishing: We will only publish non-identifying data (such as anonymous quotes, statistics, or other aggregate data). To facilitate this publishing, you agree to donate your copyrightable contributions to the public domain under the terms of Creative Commons Zero 1.0.

Access: Raw data will only be shared with Wikimedia staff, contractors, and service providers who need to process this information and are subject to non-disclosure obligations.

Other sharing: We may disclose any collected information when required by law, when we have your permission, when needed to protect our rights, privacy, safety, users, or the general public, and when necessary to enforce our Terms of Use or any other Wikimedia policy.
