Resolved, effective December 1, 2018, that the Board appoints Wikimedia Foundation interim General Counsel Tony Sebro as interim Board Secretary, a non-trustee officer with the powers and authorities granted in the Bylaws and resolutions, thereby replacing the previous Secretary, until such time as a permanent Secretary is appointed.
