- Introduction
- The Chair will call the meeting to order.
- Executive Director report
- Katherine Maher will provide a report from the ED, covering the process for the strategic direction, an overview of the Form 990 (with Jaime Villagomez), an update on US immigration and travel restrictions (with Michelle Paulson), and Board recruiting (with Michelle Paulson and Anna Stillwell).
- Advisory Board discussion
- Dariusz will provide a report and lead a discussion on the Advisory Board.
- Housekeeping items
- The Board will review updates from committees as needed, a draft resolution on Environmental Impact, and the open Funds Dissemination Committee liaison position.
- Executive Session
- The Board will reserve time for confidential discussion without staff present, as needed.
